The system has been updated with the new rates, amounts and constants for PDGM 2024, as well as the grouper elements, CBSA, Wage Index, and HHRG Weights changes.

New Igea version: ICD10 Codes update effective Oct 1st 2025

The new Igea and iPOC version includes the ICD10 Diagnosis Codes and PDGM Grouper updates which will be effective starting on Oct 1st 2025
CMS New Rule: All-Payer OASIS Data Collection and Submission required starting July 1st 2025

Beginning July 1, 2025, all Medicare / Medicaid Certified home health agencies will be required to collect and submit OASIS data for all patients, regardless of their payer source. This includes patients with a Start of Care (SOC) M0090 date of July 1, 2025, or later.
