Accessing iPOC Web (Online) and/or iPOC App (Offline) from a device
If your agency is licensed to use iPOC App (Offline), remember that iPOC users have two different access points in MyIgea when using a device (tablet, cellphone):
- Go to www.myigea.com using your device browser
- Log in using your iPOC user credentials
- Click on the “iPOC” icon if you want to use iPOC Online (Web) version
- Or click on the “iPOC App” icon if you want to use the offline version of iPOC (Android app will be downloaded and/or ran).
