Oct 1st 2025-2026 ICD10 Codes and Grouper update
The regulatory CMS ICD10 Diagnosis Code update was implemented in the system with last night’s new Igea and iPOC version. These changes are effective October 1st 2025.
Summary:
- 487 new codes added
- 28 code discontinued (deletions)
- 38 codes were revised (Description updated)
